I only have clitoral ones but they are very "real " even when my b/ f penetrates me I either rub my cl*t or if I'm on top I grind down on his pubic bone, same principle. When I orgasm with him inside me as opposed to masturbating it feels more intense but I don't have any more or any less. I can have 2 or 3 in about 1/ 2 an hour as a rule.
