Hi, What a question! Orgasm is not a fake. Some women can fake it (e.g. they do it just to please their man). And some women can't get orgasm. They may pretend (fake it) or they just say they don't have it. Other women have various types of orgasm. And some are very strong. Generally a female orgasm lasts much longer than men's. It is a choice of an individual if she wants to fake it or not. Same as you choose if you want to lie about certain matters to please your parents, friends, etc. That should do for a brief explanation. Take care

Why is it that guys seem to think they have the monopoly over orgasms? girls make more noise when they orgasm which probably indicates that the female orgasm is even stronger than the guys. ♀
